How to Delete Voicemails Using the 8x8 iPhone App

1. Open the 8x8 Work App:
   • Launch the 8x8 Work app on your iPhone.
2. Navigate to Voicemails:
   • Tap the Calls icon at the bottom of the screen.
   • Select the Voicemails tab.
3. Delete Voicemails:
   • Swipe left on the voicemail you want to delete.
   • Tap the Trash Can icon to delete the message.
   • To delete multiple voicemails, tap Edit, select the voicemails, and then tap Delete.

How to Delete Voicemails Using the 8x8 Android App

1. Open the 8x8 Work App:
   • Launch the 8x8 Work app on your Android device.
2. Navigate to Voicemails:
   • Tap the Calls icon at the bottom of the screen.
   • Select the Voicemails tab.
3. Delete Voicemails:
   • Swipe right on the voicemail you want to delete.
   • Tap Select All if you want to delete multiple voicemails.
   • Tap Delete to remove the selected voicemails.

How to Delete Voicemails Using the 8x8 Work App on a Computer

1. Open the 8x8 Work App:
   • Launch the 8x8 Work app on your computer.
2. Navigate to Voicemails:
   • Click the Phone icon.
   • Select the Voicemails tab.
3. Delete Voicemails:
   • Hover over the voicemail you want to delete.
   • Click the More Options (three dots) and select Delete.
   • To delete multiple voicemails, click Select All and then Delete.

How to Delete Voicemails on a Desk Phone

1. Access Voicemail:
   • Dial 555 on the phone.
   • Enter your PIN code. See our instructions for the PIN if you don't have one yet.
2. Delete Voicemails:
   • Press 1 to listen to new messages.
   • Press 2 to delete the message.
   • Repeat the process until all messages are deleted.
