Need to forward all your calls from your old Polycom VVX 411 phone to another number, such as your temporary 8x8 phone number? No problem!

Forwarding Calls:

1. Press the Forward softkey.
2. Select the forwarding preference Always.
3. Enter a your preferred 10-digit phone number to which you need all calls to always forward.
4. Press Enable.

Disabling Forwards:

1. Press the Forward softkey.
2. Select the forwarding preference Disable.
