The Barracuda reporting and encrypting add-on should automatically install. Sometimes that installation actually never happens or just doesn't occur in a timely manner.
This guide aims to show you how to manually install this add-on, and also pin its icon to the top-row of Outlook for easy future access.
Heads Up: Sometimes it's actually already there! Click All Apps across the top-row of Outlook. If Barracuda is visible, right-click it, and select Pin to add it to the top row.
Installing: If Barracuda doesn't show, click Add Apps on the bottom of that small window that's showing.
Clicking "All Apps" at the top of Outlook, right-clicking if it appears to Pin, else clicking Add Apps:
Clicking Add Apps will show a new window. On its top-left, search for Barracuda. Typically, two results will show. Choose the one with the blue icon, named Barracuda Email Protection.

The screenshot below shows "Open" (already installed) where it for you might read "Add." Choose Add and authenticate afterward, if needed.

After adding, you can repeat the above to Pin the icon for Barracuda to the top-row of Outlook, and enjoy!
Reading a mail that's suspect? Click that Pinned button to report it.
Composing a new mail? Click that Pinned button to encrypt it. Sometimes you might need to go through a quick authentication process while doing so.
